On the 14th May, the MTV Staying Alive Foundation hosted FOUND, a fundraising event with a difference.
To raise awareness and funds for its fantastic work, MTV Staying Alive Foundation eschewed the typical charity gala dinner and created a spectacular event with brilliant performers and extraordinary hosts.
Guests were treated to delicious food and drinks as they entered Victoria House in Bloomsbury Square. Fabulous auction prizes were circulated by even more fabulous hosts, The Supreme Fabulettes, who encouraged guests to dig deep to help raise funds for this brilliant foundation, which fights HIV globally by funding innovative youth-led programs and producing ground-breaking content for young people around the world.
The second room was then unlocked for the night, where guests could try their luck at a variety of classical carnival games such as Hook-a-Duck, coconut shires and tombolas, all with a unique MTV twist. Photobooths were on hand to capture all the fun and Georgia Arnold, Senior Vice President of MTV Staying Alive Foundation, gave a wonderful speech outlining how the night’s donations will make a difference to the lives of many.
To top off the night, double platinum selling artist, Tinie Tempah gave a stellar live performance, along with Scottish R&B star, Tallia Storm.
FOUND was a resounding success, and Adoreum looks forward to whatever MTV Staying Alive Foundation has next in the pipeline!
