Adoreum Christmas Party

On Thursday 1st December, we kicked off the festive season with our annual Adoreum Christmas Party, and what a night we had!

It is true that the best parties begin with the right people, and we are so grateful to our members for not only turning up, but celebrating with us in true Adoreum style – through lively conversation, dancing and, of course, chanting ‘Sweet Caroline’ before the main course!

Adoreum is built on the interconnected ideas of compassion and reciprocity, with philanthropy being one of the core values that connects our community. As part of our Christmas celebrations, we curated a Charity Lucky Draw, and are so pleased to have raised £7,000 for four charities: Fair Shot Café, The Listening Place, 20/20 Change and Crohn’s & Colitis UK.

A huge amount of preparation went into the evening, and we would like to extend our gratitude to our incredible partners for their support in making it such a success. Huge thanks to the team at Old Sessions House, who welcomed us graciously to their charming newly refurbished venue and workspace. Our sincere thanks go to the Moriarty Events team, Wildabout and Leeming Brothers Fine Stationary for helping us create the stunning decor of the ball room.

The evening began with Jon Knickoll’s beautiful music which created the perfect ambience as guests caught up with new and old friends over a charming champagne reception. We then ventured into the ball room, and enjoyed a Nordic inspired culinary feast with accompanying wines.

As always, there were a few surprises in store and we’re sure our guests will agree that The London Essentials – the fabulous band who appeared mid-way through the first course – were nothing short of phenomenal and really got the party started. With music and singing throughout dinner, guests were enthralled to continue the party, and did so energetically as they flooded to the dance floor for Krystal Roxx post-dinner DJ set.

There really is nothing quite like the energy of Adoreum members coming together in celebration – until next year!
