On 6th September, we hosted an intimate, exclusive event at the recently opened restaurant, Alex Dilling at Hotel Cafe Royal. 
We took over the entire restaurant and were joined by 30 guests for a fine-dining culinary masterclass courtesy of Alex and his team.

Following the success of his time at the helm of Two-Michelin star kitchens, most recently ‘The Greenhouse” and “Helene Darroze at The Connaught”, Alex is delighted to have found his perfect location and new home at Hotel Café Royal. Alex uses classical French references to create modern dishes using the finest seasonal ingredients in the world. We were completely spoilt with cured salmon, dry aged beef sirloin and quince, to name a few.
