DRINK LIKE BOND AT GREY FLANNEL

On Thursday 11th November, the Adoreum Club was welcomed to Grey Flannel’s Bond-themed soirée in their store on Chiltern Street. The evening started off with a festive feel, as early Christmas decorations along the street welcomed our guests.

Timothy Everest MBE and the team at Grey Flannel had set up the most wonderful display around the shop of the pieces they had made and tailored for Bond movies throughout the years. Tim is a well of knowledge about all things Bond, so it was fascinating to hear his involvement in the franchise, alongside the other amazing work done and made at Grey Flannels. 

To keep up with the Bond theme, we had Old Pilot’s Gin come and provide some authentic Vesper martinis that definitely hit the spot! Based in Croatia, Old Pilot’s gin and vodka perfected the 007 theme. Cocktails were flowing and the shop became buzzing as our members came to enjoy the evening. We also got some tasters of the delicious Blackwell Rum from Chris Blackwell, who owns Ian Fleming’s house, Goldeneye. It is always fantastic to bring the Club together and get to try new experiences. Thank you to the team at Grey Flannel for inviting us to their store, and to Old Pilot’s Gin for keeping us very well refreshed with their exquisite range.
