We were thrilled on Monday 12th June to co-host an Investor Dinner sponsored by Club Member, @wearecreativeuk, at @hostbarnabas.
Creative UK Investment is a specialist investor for the UK Creative Sector and the commercially focused arm of the Creative UK Group, whose mission it is to drive the UK’s economic, social and cultural growth through championing, supporting and investing in the Creative Industries. Their national presence – with a special focus on untapped regional businesses – enables them to be at the centre of a dynamic UK Creative Sector ecosystem.
With relentless consumer demands for technology and content on screens, the creative industries and the content and IP created is more and more in demand enabling and empowering innovation across sectors.
The event was held at the unique club, The House of St Barnabas. The house is a home from home in a Grade I listed Georgian townhouse located in the heart of Soho, London. It is a creative, innovative, and cultural space that’s been carefully curated for the continually curious and people motivated by positive social change. The donations and Membership fees facilitate the work of our Employment Academy, supporting people affected by homelessness in London to find and thrive in lasting paid work.
You will also notice that we were graced with beautiful artwork by @liveeventartist. Her depiction of the guests was incredible.
