On Tuesday 16th August, we had a masterclass session on customer experience from industry expert Quentin Crowe. We discussed why there is financial benefit from great customer experience, the common mistakes in Cx and its challenges and how to improve CLV. 
Some takeaways from the session included: 
⭐️Make the customer journey as simple as possible. 
⭐️Ask people why they aren’t using your product or service. 
⭐️Referrals are your cheapest marketing asset. 
⭐️Question if what you think is important is what the customer thinks is important. 
⭐️Question what you can do that’s a little better than your competitors.
