Clive Burcham, a third-generation farmer, embodies entrepreneurship. From childhood, he juggled lawn mowing, farming, milk delivery, and supermarket work. At 16, he produced his first TV show, and by 25, as Creative Director launched the record setting Comedy Channel winning 32 international awards in 3 years.
He has since founded or co-founded ten organizations, most notably, The Conscience Organisation, from start up to sale in 4 years, selling to WPP at 10x (and buying it back during a consolidation phase). He is also the Founding Partner of the New York based NGO Juggernaught, Global Citizen who’ve now redeployed $50bn to End Extreme Poverty. Clive has advised and served on boards for organizations including Rare Birds, Global Citizen and WelleCo, has worked with some of the world’s most influential business leaders as Chair of the Young Presidents Organisation forum.
After two decades leading businesses and philanthropic endeavors globally, Clive founded Compadres, a next-generation business growth practice. He now leverages his extensive experience and network to help visionary entrepreneurs and leaders across diverse sectors, leading businesses with valuations around $500 million.
Marcus Watson and Clive first worked together in as partners in a start up broadband business 25 years ago. He has recently joined us as Adoreum’s Non-Executive Director, helping shape our long-term strategy, build out new products for 2025–26, and guide the evolution of the Club. Based in Sydney, he travels to work closely with our team in London and is a trusted voice across our global community. He helps connect our members across the globe, to open up relationships and business opportunities. He also works directly with Adoreum members on the growth of their business.
