Lauren Goodenough

Lauren is Business Development Director at Adoreum, leading membership growth, strategic partnerships and commercial development across the network. Working closely with the leadership and events teams, she focuses on building sustainable revenue through high-quality members, aligned partners and long-term relationships.
With over 15 years’ experience across luxury hospitality, fine wine and corporate advisory roles, Lauren brings a commercially grounded, relationship-led approach to growth. Prior to Adoreum, she headed marketing and private dining at Clarette, the London wine-led restaurant owned by the Château Margaux family, overseeing commercial strategy, partnerships and senior client relationships.
She later worked with Honest Grapes, the fine wine merchant and concierge, managing partnerships, events and client engagement through highly curated experiences for private and corporate clients. Wine remains both a professional focus (WSET Level 2) and a long-standing personal passion.
Lauren holds a BA (Hons) in Design from Goldsmiths, University of London, bringing a strong creative and strategic lens to commercial development. Earlier in her career, she advised FTSE-listed businesses on digital communications and growth strategy.
Introduced to Adoreum initially as a member, Lauren brings a unique dual perspective on what members value and what the network needs to scale sustainably. Alongside Adoreum, she is Founder of Finer Places, a concierge for private dining and high-calibre experiences.
